We do not accept responsibility for goods lost in transit so you will need to retain proof of posting. Please allow 2-3 days for your package to reach us, (longer if outside the UK) and 7-14 days upon reciept of your package for your exchange or refund to be issued. Please use our contacts page to let us know you are making an exchange and why so we can be ready as quickly as possible to send your exchange.
We do not accept soiled or worn garments
